First of all, I would like to start that the right way of treating your acne should always start inside your body. The problem with common medicines and over the counter pills or treatments is that they have tendency to treat the symptoms of acne rather than the cause of the acne. Which maybe effective on the short term but always fail if long term effects are taken to account.
Obviously acne appears on the skin. But before grabbing that acne medicine or topical treatment. Stop and ask yourself, “How did I get acne?”. The truth is, acne rarely starts in the skin. In most cases hormone disruption is always the culprit. So if you truly want to get rid of acne on the long term, its best that you start treating inside out.
Simply put, the skin just reflects the health inside your body. If your body is under a lot of stress the skin could develop acne or other skin disorders. Its also worth mentioning that heredity is not really a big factor of what’s causing acne.
So without further ado, here are my 3 simple and easy steps for treating acne.
Step I – Participate and complete a detox program. You don’t really need an expensive or complicated program. Just search in the internet for a simple detox program, it should be enough. Its also important that you search for a detox program that helps eliminate accumulated fecal matter in your intestines or bowel. Toxic circulating in the body is often the most common cause of skin disorders and that includes acne. The cleaner you blood and body the more healthy will your skin will be.
Step II – Watch your diet. Increase the intake of raw foods such as raw greens, fruits and vegetables. To help your body to digest those foods easier you can turn them into “liquids” by juicing them. The internet is an endless treasure trove of juice mix recipes for different purposes. So go ahead and knock yourself out.
Step III – Stay away from refined sugar, saturated animal fats and hydrogenated oil products. Its even best that you avoid them altogether. This wont only help you remove acne but also improve your health in general.Although this method would not trigger immediate result but its definitely better in the long run. This steps will cleanse your body and help it to heal itself faster. As an added bonus, you can also apply natural organic skin products to you skin which feeds it nutrients to help it heal your skin even faster.
